Triceps: Plyometrics
Medicine ball Plyometric push-up
Start: Hands placed on medicine ball with arms extended and feet straight hip width apart
Finish: Push body up into air as fast and high as possible and allow hands to contact with floor, then immediately push up exploding back onto ball
Close Grip Plyometric Push-up
Start: Feet hip width apart, legs and back straight, thumbs 3 inches apart from each other with arms bent at right angle
Finish: Push up off ground as fast as possible, landing with thumbs about 3 inches apart from each other, lower to right angle and repeat
