Start: Feet hip width apart, shoulders back and palms facing up with arms extended
Finish: Curl palms upwards while keeping shoulders back and elbows in close to body
Iron Cross
Start: Arms at shoulder level, palms facing up feet wider than hip width,
shoulders back and elbows level with shoulders
Finish: Whiel keeping elbows level with shoulders keep curl palms towards ear level
