CHEST: DUMBBELL EXERCISES


 

Flat bench press


Start- lower dumbbells to side of chest, keeping arms at a 90 degree angle



Finish-press straight up above chest


 

Incline Bench press


Start- lower dumbbells to side of chest, keeping arms at 90 degree angle



Finish- press straight up above chest

 


Dumbbell Decline Press

Start- lower dumbbells to side of chest, keeping arms at 90 degree angle

Finish-press straight up above chest


Flat Fly


Start- palms facing each other with a slight bend in elbows, lower dumbbells to side of chest


Finish- raise dumbbells over chest with palms facing each other


Incline Fly



Start-With the Bench raised to about a 45 degree angle, palms facing each other, arms extended over chest


Finish- raise dumbbells over chest with palms facing each other


 

Decline Fly

 
Start- palms facing each other with a slight bend in elbows, arms extended with dumbbells over chest


Finish-Lower dumbbells to side of chest with palms facing each other
