Seated shoulder press
Start: Sitting on ball with feet bent at right angle and torso in right angle positin, while arms are bent at about right angle
Finish: Pushing dumbbells up over head while maintaining torso in right angle position
Seated Shoulder Side Raise
Start: Sitting with feet on floor bent at right angle, torso at right angle and arms extended by side holding dumbbells
Finish: Raise dumbbells up to side keeping arms extended while keeping torso in right angle position
Lying on ball Shoulder rotation
Start: Lying on ball with pelvis position on ball and feet straight and torso in straight position, while arms are bent at right angle
Finish: Rotate arms back while keeping arms bent at right angle
