Incline Curls
Start: Roll down onto ball with pelvis close to floor and upper shoulder blades rested on ball, arms extended palms up and back of arms in contact with ball
Finish: Curl dumbells up while keeping back of arms in contact with pad
Preacher curls
Start: Armpit rested on ball with palm up, kneeling on one or two knees
Finish: Curl palm up while keeping armpit rested on ball
