Start: Feet shoulder width apart, arms extended by side with palms up
and shoulders held back
Finish: Curl bar upwards, while keeping back straight and shoulders back
E-Z Bar Preacher Curl
Start: With armpits rested on pad, back of arms rested on pad and palms facing up
Finish: Raise bar upwards while keeping back of arms in contact with pad
E-Z Bar Standing Reverse Curl
Start: Feet hip width apart, overhand grip with arms extended and shoulders back
Finish: Raise bar upwards, keeping shoulders back and elbows down
