It had been a while since I worked out and after having two kids I put my body and health secondary to family life. Realizing I wanted to get back into shape, I sought out J.D. Reber as my personal trainer to assist me. Since starting my workout program I have lost 6 dress sizes going from a size 10 to a size 4! Now I feel great again!
