CHEST: BARBELL EXERCISES
Chest: Barbell Flat Bench
Start- Lower bar to middle of chest, and keeping elbows at a 90 degree angle
Finish- press straight upwards, do not lockout elbows
Chest: Barbell Incline Bench
Start- Lower bar to top of chest, and keeping elbows at a 90 degree angle
Finish- press straight upwards, do not lockout elbows
Barbell: Decline Bench
Start- Lower bar to middle of chest, and keeping elbows at a 90 degree angle
Finish- press straight upwards, do not lockout elbows
