Lat Pulldown
Start: Arms extended with shoulders back and torso in right angle position
Finish: Pull bar just under chin while keeping back in right angle position
Cable Row
Start: Feet extended in front of body, shoulders back and torso in right angle position, holding cable between navel and chest level with arms extended
Finish: Pull cable back between chest and navel level, while keeping torso at right angle
Hyperextensions
Start: Ankles behind leg pads, torso in upright position, while elbows are out wide
Finish: Lower torso to about a right angle, keeping elbows behind head wide
