I have been attending weekly sessions with JD for approximately 18 months. Prior to this, I had not been a regular exerciser. Exercise had been painful and frustrating and I had never been able to sustain a program for more than a few weeks. Over the past 18 months, JD has pushed me during our sessions but more importantly he has taught me proper exercise techniques and inspired me to exercise regularly between sessions. No two appointments have been the same and he never fails to push me to do something I did not believe I could do. Above all, he uses his expertise in exercise science to create safe, productive and fun workouts. I recommend PBP fit unconditionally.
