About six years ago, when I was having back pain, my doctor recommended I see his trainer to work on “core exercises”. I have been going to JD ever since, never have back pain and at 82, are more fit than at 65. I highly recommend JD, he is a wealth of useful information and if you follow his instruction, he will keep you fit. I’m still climbing mountains and I look forward of seeing JD twice a week.
