Lose 10 pounds in 2 days, pills, devices, wraps, juices, and any other gadgets if it concerns weight loss you can find them being sold with the promise of "quick and easy weight loss". The truth is losing weight properly and keeping it off is not going to happen by losing 10lbs in 2 days of water weight! Quick weight loss is 100% guaranteed to result in weight gain coming back! Quick weight loss, amounts to water loss. Sweat out water, sit in a sauna, do not eat for a few days, drink grapefruit juice etc.you will lose water weight! I guarantee the weight will come off, weigh yourself before and after you will lose a lot of weight! If you want to keep that weight off is this going to work? I guarantee it, 100%, it will not!
Pill: Carb blocker and starch blocker 1000
Stopping starch from converting into sugar, this product touts a kidney-bean extract that prevents the conversion of starch to sugar. The digestion of any starch is inevitable going to become a sugar regardless of any phony pill claim. This is just basic physiological science. The FDA issued warning letters to over 10 supplement distributors who made misleading or false claims with these products.
Pill: CortiSlim this is Vitamins and minerals, they say it will control levels of hunger, reduce stress and boost your metabolism. The FTC charged CortiSlim with making false and unsubstantiated claims. The company then changed its claims.
Pill: Relacore this is Vitamin C, a host of vitamin Bs, herbs and magnolia bark, it says the pill will reduce cortisol levels and consequently, lessen belly fat. There is no substantial, credible/valid evidence that this can possibly work physiologically, period!
The truth is when you want to take a pill to lose weight ask yourself this?
What can you do different in your eating or exercise regimen that will guide you to your goal? Because the chances of the magic pill to achieve your goal is like trying to eat brain pills to get smarter!
