I have always wanted to be able to bench press over 300lbs. I had tried numerous programs and trainers to assist me, but with no success, I was reluctant to try again. I hoped that by hiring J.D. Reber, who is a national drug-free power lifting record holder, I might have a better chance. J.D. was thorough in explaining to me how to progressively increase my workout program through exercise and proper nutrition to reach my goal. Not only did he devise a fantastic program for me but he explained the road I was taking and what to expect along the way. I am now able to bench press well over 300lbs., and I have set a new goal of 350lbs. With J.D's help I will reach this new goal!
