Triceps: Machine


 

Standing Triceps Pushdown

 

Start: Feet hip width apart, shoulders back and elbows close to body bent at a right angle

 

Finish: Push straight down until arms are extended and keeping shoulders
back and elbows close to side


 

Overhead Triceps French Press



Start: Feet split, bending slightly forward with arms bent at a right angle


Finish: Extend arms forward keeping trying to keep elbows stationary


 

Single Arm Triceps Pushdowns

 

 

Start: Feet hip width apart and shoulders back, palm facing down and elbow
close to body bent at a right angle

 

Finish: Press straight down until arm is extended while keeping elbow close to body
