Legs: Physio ball


 

 

Ball squats


Start: Feet hip width apart, ball against wall and lower part of back in contact
with ball, arms extended by side and feet flat


Finish: Squat down to a right angle, keeping back in contact with ball and feet flat,
don't allow knees to go over toes or heels to raise


Leg curls


Start: Start lying on floor with lower part of legs extended on ball, pelvis elevated

off floor and shoulders and back in contact with floor

 Finish: While keeping pelvis throughout movement elevated, roll ball into butt
and back out until legs are extended and repeat
